Tissue saving method is performed on the patients having very high myopia or hyper metropia and relatively this cornea. It is performed by creating the flap of 70-90 microns instead of 130 microns in conventional Lasik Laser method. Special software is used along with flap making instrument in this method. This procedure ensures that maximum possible number is corrected with minimum tissue utilization. There are less chances of regression of numbers in future and utmost safety is ensured to patient’s eye.
